Walter Dornez and I have come to an agreement. He'll have the freedom to await his trial from the comfort of his own home and not a prison cell, starting today. He has an ankle monitor instead! It's a sophisticated piece of equipment if I do say so myself. His range includes the City proper and the first level of the underground. Patrol Division, respond to any tampering alert, and bring a camera if you do.

Filtered to the Intelligence Division
Keep track of Mr. Dornez's movements. He'll know better than to incriminate himself during this time period but it never hurts to collect data for the future.
