It's a sophisticated piece of equipment if I do say so myself. His range includes the City proper and the first level of the underground. Patrol Division, respond to any tampering alert, and bring a camera if you do.

Keep track of Mr. Dornez's movements. He'll know better than to incriminate himself during this time period but it never hurts to collect data for the future.
